The brand’s founder Perry Chen (陈荣昌), shares, “For many of us in Taiwan, Singapore and Asia, a bowl of well-made noodles is the ultimate comfort food. When I was young, I would observe how my mother would skilfully transform simple ingredients into the most heartwarming dishes. At Lao Ma Bàn Mian (老媽拌麵), I hope to bring that familiar taste of home to every dish that we make, crafted with the same level of precision, care, and love that my mother would bring to the table.
